What an exciting comeback! 7 weeks after giving birth to our beautiful son, we were capturing the magical day of Celia and Bassem. We were anticipating this moment for so long, a real privilege to be their wedding photographers.

A day filled with special moments, beauty and love and also some amazing food and fun partying a the St-Elias Centre for the reception. We had the opportunity to work with Richard Tardif and the wonderful team from Reno Video Productions.

Celia and Bassem are wonderful people that were patient and comprehensive when I needed to breastfeed my little baby. With their amazing personalities, no wonder they have found each other. They have a bright future ahead of them and they totally deserve all the love.

This wonderful couple will tie the knot on July 16, 2011. We were chosen to be their wedding photographers, but unfortunately, I will be unable to photograph their beautiful Ottawa wedding, since my due date is July 17! But there was no reason for me not to be part of their couple’s session. Chris and I were ready to go with the belly and the cameras for a fun session with Mélanie and Dominic.
The National Art Gallery was just the perfect place on a gorgeous spring day to capture the super laid back and easy going couple that they are.

I will definitely miss capturing amazing couples on their special wedding day this summer. But I will have a completely new passion to savour and experience all summer long. I would like to say an ENORMOUS THANK YOU to my wonderful couples for their understanding and huge trust, this means so much to us! We will definitely have a special thought on their special day.

We are now booking weddings for 2012!

Shimmer and Shivers!

You probably remember this wonderful couple.
Their engagement session was a total blast and they were obviously ready to face the cold on their big day (and I guess their wedding photographers were also ready haha).
This was definitely an amazing wedding with lots of shimmers and some shivers to make it the ultimate winter wedding experience!

Celia + Bassem – Fun Engagement Slideshow @ Major’s Hill Park and Parliament – Ottawa Wedding Photographers

We spent an awesome afternoon with Celia and Bassem. The photoshoot started with their dogs having fun in the Major’s Hill Park. So many thing to smell here and there for doggies, can I say that it was hard to get their attention! But we got some amazing pictures and I’m really happy with the result of this engagement session.

The first time we met Celia and Bassem, we started to talk about their wedding day happening in 2011 and I think we connected right away. We were really anxious to be their official photographers for their Ottawa wedding. When everything got decided, we scheduled this couple session right away. And let me tell you that Chris and I are not disappointed at all! Celia and Bassem are definitely a loving and fun couple to be around. We can’t wait for their wedding and photograph the beauty of their love.

We spent the day with this amazing couple and their fun and loving family. A gorgeous day with a couple that was not afraid of the cold!
We were their wedding photographers for the day and we did not waste a second to capture the beauty of the surroundings at Chateau Vaudreuil.
And the Loyola Chapel was definitely one of our favorite. This chapel really brings a warm feeling by revealing such beautiful light on a perfect day!
